Title: New Layout

As you can see, I put up a new layout. I actually designed this skin myself and it's only the second one I've ever made so please let me know if you spot any errors / display issues. I am aware it probably scrolls horizontally if you an 800x600 resolution, this will be best viewed in 1024x768 and higher, that's the only way everything would fit.
The graphic is probably only temp. I just wanted to get something up so I could test drive the layout :).
